Chuck Underwood

Chuck Underwood is the founder and sole member of UCentric Solutions, LLC. Chuck’s experience includes serving as an Accountant and Assistant Controller for Kennedy and Coe, LLC (now Pinion) for over ten years. He then served as the Chief Financial Officer for GL Huyett for over three years. Both experiences proved pivotal to the origins of UCentric Solutions.

In 2011, UCentric Solutions was founded to address a common challenge: many small businesses operate without the financial systems, data, and oversight they need to thrive. Recognizing both the need and his ability to meet it, Chuck stepped in to provide practical solutions and guidance. His work has since helped clients protect their businesses, strengthen processes, and move confidently toward their goals.

Chuck is passionate about helping owners of small and medium businesses create modernized, transparent and accurate accounting systems to support better financial decisions. By leveraging UCentric Solutions team's experience, technology and processes, our clients experience the value of a highly personalized, organized and effective modern accounting team.

Chuck holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Sterling College in Sterling, KS. He is a Certified Public Accountant (1997) and Certified Advanced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor (2019). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
